  • 5 mins cool down (55mins)
  • Questions and wrap up 5 mins (60 mins)

Crawl assessment: 3 point scale (2 tries for distance)  RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) Evaluation and enter session information into the Teambuildr application on smartphone for monitoring
