  • 6:30 AM – Team/Group Training

  • 1st Period – Advanced Strength and Conditioning Class (Room 137)

  • 2nd Period – Anatomy and Physiology Preparation (Room 221 or 137)

  • 3rd Period – Strength and Conditioning Preparation (Room 221 or 137)

  • 4th Period – Lunch or Substitute Duty

  • 5th Period – Student and Coach Meetings

  • 6th Period – Anatomy and Physiology (Room 221)

  • 7th Period – Strength & Conditioning/After School Program Preparation (Room 137)

  • 8th Period – Fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning Class (Room 137)

  • Wednesdays ONLY 2:15-3:00 PM – Department or Coach meetings

  • 3:15-4:00 PM – Team/Group #1 After school program

  • 4:00-4:45 PM – Team/Group #2 After school program
